If you are using the latest version of eclipse there is a chance to receive this error "Unsupported template dependency: Upgrade your Android Eclipse plugin SDK Tools v22".It is due to some bugs in the tools folder.
In windows 8 windows 7 and vista
Download this file
Extract the compressed file and rename it into tools
Goto your sdk folder ( c:\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20130729\sdk )and replace tools folder with the uncompressed folder
Restart eclipse
In linux / Ubuntu
Do the same with this file
In Mac / Macosx
Do the same with this file
